1. Booki Ride Reservations:

Customers can cancel their ride reservations up to 8 hours before the scheduled departure time for a full refund. 2. Hotel Reservations:

Hotel bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the check-in time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be subject to a cancellation fee, determined by the individual hotel's policy. Please refer to the specific hotel's terms and conditions for details.

How to Cancel or Reschedule: To initiate a cancellation or reschedule, please go to our website www.bookihub.com or login to your Booki Hub account and navigate to the "My Bookings" section. From there, you can select the relevant reservation and follow the prompts to request a cancellation or reschedule.

Commission or Service Charge Policy

1. Ride Reservation:

A nominal service charge may be applied to a fleet company or a customer for reservations made through the Booki Ride. This charge helps cover administrative costs associated with processing reservations, ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.

2. Booki Stays Bookings:

For hotel reservation made through the Booki Hotel module, a commission may be charged based on the total booking amount. This commission helps support the ongoing maintenance and development of our platform, as well as the provision of customer support services.

3. Booki Air Reservations:

Flight bookings through the Booki Flight module may be subject to a service charge. This charge helps cover the costs associated with processing flight reservations, including ticket issuance and itinerary management.

4. Booki Events and Tour:

When booking vacation packages through Booki Hub, a service charge may be applied to cover the coordination and planning efforts involved in creating customized vacation experiences.

5. Booki Eats Reservations:

Reservations made for dining at partner food joints and restaurants may be subject to a nominal service charge. This charge helps maintain the quality of our reservation platform and supports our partners in providing exceptional dining experiences.

6. Additional Services:

In some cases, additional services or special requests (e.g., airport transfers, tour packages) may incur an extra charge. These charges will be clearly communicated during the booking process, allowing customers to make informed decisions.

7. Refund Processing Fee:

In the event of a refund for a cancelled reservation, a refund processing fee may be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the refund transaction.
